Registration Information
Novo Nordisk is happy to sponsor the AAFP 5K Family Fun Run/Walk again in 2008. Through Novo Nordisk's continued partnership with the American Academy of Family Physicians this event will be free of charge.
Online Registration
For online registration for the AAFP 5K Family Fun Run/Walk, please click here. If you register online, please come to the Novo Nordisk booth on Thursday, September 18, 2008 or Friday, September 19, 2008 to pick up your race packet and event T-shirt*.
Online registration closes on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 10:00am EST. If you missed online registration, you may register on-site in the AAFP registration hall or at the Novo Nordisk booth (#4631) in the Exhibition Hall (Please see below for on-site registration dates/times).

Participants who have alreday registered can pick up their Race Packet and the event T-shirt* at the Novo Nordisk booth. On-site Registration will also continue on Thursday, September 18, 2008 and Friday, September 19, 2008.
* Please note that the free event T-shirt is only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
